exceptional surcharge
The current exceptional surcharge is:-
£0.09 per kilo
This follows a review of the impact on the sustained insurance and related costs.
For cargo customers the charge must be shown separately and coded as MOC in the ‘other charges’ box of the air waybill, and included in the ‘due carrier’ box.
The MOC should be calculated on the chargeable weight.
There will be no exceptions to this charge.
