London Heathrow to Vienna
bmi, British Midland International, will be launching a new route between London Heathrow and Vienna from March 28 2010. The route will be operated using an Airbus A320 aircraft.
Dominic Paul, Managing Director bmi commented: “We are delighted to announce our new service between London and Vienna which will offer great schedule flexibility and competitive prices.
Christina Debbah, VP Global Sales, Austrian Airlines added: “We are thrilled to be working with bmi through our shared Lufthansa ownership. bmi’s collaboration on the route will provide customers with a stronger schedule and greater breadth of connections. London is a popular city and Heathrow a key hub so we welcome the opportunity of working with bmi, increasing links between Vienna and the city of London.”
The new route announcement comes as bmi relaunches its UK & Ireland product as the airline continues its programme of developments across its network.
